Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric plus relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce, Logistics or related field.
• 3 to 5 years relevant experience in project coordination, sourcing, procurement, supply chain, business operations or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects across functions and teams; develop plans, timelines, and trackers.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks, and potential delays; prepare status updates.
• Coordinate RFQs, quotations, sourcing briefs, samples, and product information.
• Track supplier development, costings, and approvals; maintain supplier scorecards and audits.
• Ensure supplier compliance, quality and audit documentation; liaise on POs, invoices, payments.
• Oversee pre-shipment inspections and related quality documentation; maintain CAR/CAP records.
• Assist with reporting for international principals, including royalty payments and export/customs docs.
