Job summary

Mukuru is seeking a strategic Skills Development Partner to design, execute, and govern our skills development strategy, ensuring compliance across the organisation. You will drive learnerships, internships, and leadership programmes while partnering with internal stakeholders and leveraging external SETAs to maximise funding and BBBEE contributions.

The role requires strong governance, reporting, and data insights to demonstrate ROI on learning investments and to advance Mukuru’s transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Industrial Psychology, or related field (Required).
• Registered Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) accreditation (Essential).
• Project management certification or experience (Advantageous).

• Design, execute, and govern the skills development strategy across the organisation.
• Ensure learning compliance processes and manage SETA engagements.
