Responsibilities

• Research and identify reliable suppliers for signage materials and components.
• Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with vendors.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to understand technical requirements.
• Track inventory levels and maintain procurement records.
• Develop procurement strategies to optimize cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
• Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate the best pricing.
• Process requisitions and update management on order status.
• Maintain stock levels and update inventory accordingly.
• Arrange transport and track orders for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with inventory, management, and stockroom as required.
• Assess quality of received stock and report discrepancies to suppliers and management.
• Ability to travel.
• Assist Project Managers with technical advice.
• Communicate time delays on stock with factory manager.
• Source new suppliers.
• Attend to ad hoc projects as requested by management or procedures.
• Adhere to high ethical and professional standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Keep workspace neat.
