Job summary

Status Staffing in South Africa is seeking a results-driven sales and project management professional to drive new business in signage projects. You will manage client meetings, gather requirements, prepare quotations and oversee installations from order to completion, coordinating across design, production and procurement teams.

The role requires proven signage industry experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years proven experience in the signage industry.
• Proven experience in both sales and project management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and understand signage manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to gather project requirements.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on opportunities.
• Manage projects from order confirmation to final installation.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Resolve client queries professionally and efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS
