Blacksmith Agency is hiring an SEO Specialist to own search channels for B2B and growing brands. You will shape technical roadmaps, prioritize content, and guide writers and AI in deploying drafts.

You will lead technical SEO, keyword strategy, and AI-enabled content, while coordinating with US clients on live calls. The role is fully remote across Canada, South Africa, and the USA, with agency-scale impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: you have run the audits and made the fixes yourself.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing the drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.
