Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Organic Search Manager to lead SEO for a portfolio of B2B clients. You own the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking story, collaborating with writers and AI tools.

You will oversee technical SEO, keyword strategy, AI-enabled content, local multi-location SEO, and GA4/Search Console reporting, delivering quarterly client roadmaps. Strong English on live calls with US clients is required.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on SEO experience with audits and fixes.
Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

Own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, architecture.
Lead keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content priorities with writers/AI.
Achieve visibility in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT scenarios, and traditional results.
Manage local search and multi-location SEO as needed for clients.
Provide GA4 and Search Console reporting and quarterly client roadmaps.
