Job summary

Tiger Brands is seeking a Category S&OP Manager to lead the Group PS&OP process across categories and drive value through demand and supply planning. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to implement best-practice planning and optimize service levels.

The role requires 6+ years in planning within FMCG/retail, strong leadership, and experience with planning tools such as Demantra/Oracle. On-site roles in Bedfordview/Mobeni in Durban region.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in planning within FMCG/retail environments.
• Experience with Customer Service Levels (OSA/OOS).
• Experience in managing large category spends and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve PS&OP execution to generate business plans (demand, supply, product management).
• Lead and develop a team of planning professionals with performance appraisals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to drive PS&OP best practices.
• Drive customer service excellence across portfolio and manage PS&OP tools deployment.
• Review PS&OP KPIs and implement corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Oversee inventory management to align with Net Working Capital targets.
• Consolidate PS&OP outputs at the portfolio level and manage risks.
