Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage coaching staff to high standards.
• Establish talent identification and pathways; scout players.
• Design age-appropriate rugby programs focusing on skills and conditioning.
• Foster an inclusive environment promoting sportsmanship and respect.
• Build relationships with schools, clubs, unions and stakeholders.
• Manage the development budget and monitor resources.
• Monitor player welfare and safety protocols.
• Organize clinics, camps, development tournaments.
• Report progress to senior management.
