Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded Retail Finance Manager II to join the Group Retail Finance team in Cape Town. You will act as the Finance Business Partner for the Clicks Health, Clicks Helping Hands Trust, UniPharma and Pharmacy Acquisitions portfolios, providing strategic financial insight and commercial support to enable sound business decisions.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years' relevant finance experience.
• Experience in commercial finance or finance business partnering.
• Retail industry experience is advantageous.
• Experience in a JSE-listed organisation.
• Experience in people management and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial direction and commercial support to the Healthcare portfolio and related units.
• Partner with business leaders to identify financial risks, opportunities and trends.
• Produce and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial information.
