Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking an experienced Retail Finance Manager II to act as a Finance Business Partner across the Health, UniHealth, UniPharma and Acquisitions portfolio. You will provide strategic financial insight, drive commercial decision-making and lead a finance team to deliver high-quality support.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, advanced Excel, ERP experience (SAP/BI), and the ability to operate at strategic and operational levels within a fast-paced retail group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent.
• 6-8 years' relevant finance experience.
• Experience in a commercial finance or finance business partnering environment.
• Retail industry experience is advantageous.
• Experience within a JSE-listed organisation.
• Experience in people management and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial direction and commercial support to Healthcare portfolio, including UniPharma and UniHealth.
• Partner with business leaders to identify and communicate key financial risks, opportunities and trends.
• Use financial data and insights to support informed decision-making and drive performance.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and align financial and business objectives.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, planning processes and financial reporting.
• Lead due diligence on significant acquisitions and provide financial input to business cases.
