Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required; tertiary qualifications advantageous.
• Experience in property investment, acquisitions or real estate analysis.
• Experience preparing investment proposals and decision-ready packs.
• Ability to interpret financial and market data for investment decisions.
• Experience with development projects from feasibility to completion.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new property acquisition opportunities.
• Analyse investment opportunities and prepare financial feasibilities.
• Conduct market research on rental, valuation and trends.
• Manage due diligence on acquisitions and developments.
• Present investment opportunities to the Deal Committee.
• Build relationships with agents, brokers, developers and industry stakeholders.
• Identify development opportunities within the existing portfolio.
• Assist with planning, financial assessment and execution of development projects.
• Support marketing, leasing and disposal of portfolio properties.
• Contribute to growth strategy and long-term success.
