Responsibilities

• Present opportunities at weekly deal committee meetings, influencing investment decisions.
• Manage development timelines, control costs, and oversee quality assurance to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with the development team and external professionals involved in ongoing projects.
• Prepare rental proposals and develop marketing plans for new development spaces.
• Assist in sales preparation, reporting, and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents and brokers.
• Support tender processes and conduct ad hoc market research.
