• Source new acquisition opportunities with agents and gather required information.
• Conduct market research on rental and cap rates for target areas.
• Evaluate opportunities for financial feasibility and report findings.
• Present opportunities at weekly deal committee meetings and communicate outcomes.
• Prepare due diligence reports and manage information for finance applications.
• Coordinate development timelines, budgets, and cost tracking with the development team.
• Support in marketing and tenant/prospect rental proposals.
