Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex projects spanning multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong background in project delivery within technology and/or business change environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior-level engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of one or more projects within agreed scope, time and cost.
• Translate objectives into clear delivery plans with milestones, risks and ownership.
• Lead and coordinate multiple project managers and workstream leads.
• Maintain oversight of status, risks, issues and dependencies, escalating early when required.
• Act as primary contact for senior stakeholders and large Corporate Clients with transparent updates.
• Apply appropriate delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile or hybrid).
• Ensure governance is proportionate and supports delivery.
• Manage project-level resourcing with Practice/Portfolio Leads.
• Drive resolution of blockers across tech, operations, risk, compliance and business teams.
• Capture and apply lessons learned for future delivery.
