You will own scope, schedules and quality across multiple programmes and teams, aligning with the network operator and internal leaders to ensure value delivery.

We're looking for a highly organized, outcomes‑driven professional who can lead cross‑functional work, manage resources, and proactively mitigate risks while communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder engagement with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables without dropping the ball.
• Attention to scope drift, risks, and quality gaps across complex projects.
• Structured planning, tracking and reporting with disciplined approach.

• Ability to quickly grasp technical requirements and converse with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary project contact for the network operator and manage relationships.
• Lead stakeholder alignment between operator and Hyve on priorities and expectations.
• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple programmes with scope and schedule control.
• Drive kicks-offs, planning, milestone execution and cross-functional meetings.
• Apply agile prioritisation to maximise value and manage changes smoothly.
• Assemble and coordinate project teams, negotiating capacity and timelines.
• Monitor health, escalate blockers, and provide regular progress reporting.
• Contribute to roadmap and capacity planning to align technical and client goals.
• Champion lessons learned and continuous improvements in the delivery model.
