Job summary

Apex Group in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery of complex projects within our global asset servicing business. You will translate objectives into delivery plans, manage multiple workstreams, and coordinate with senior stakeholders to keep programs on scope, time and cost.

You will apply pragmatic delivery methods (waterfall, agile or hybrid), oversee governance, and drive risk and resourcing resolution across technology, risk and operations

Qualifications

• Excellent stakeholder management and senior-level engagement.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-workstream projects.
• Experience with technology and/or business change delivery.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of one or a few projects, ensuring outcomes align with scope, time and cost.
• Translate high-level objectives into clear delivery plans with milestones and ownership.
• Lead and coordinate multiple project managers and workstream leads, providing direction and support.
• Maintain oversight of project status, risks, issues and dependencies, escalating as needed.
• Act as primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and large corporate clients, delivering clear progress updates.
