- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR or People Partnering.
- Experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and analytical abilities.

- Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into practical people solutions that improve colleague and operational outcomes.
- Support performance and capability improvement activities for stronger teams.
- Coach and support leaders to make confident people decisions and manage people challenges.
- Contribute to organisational effectiveness initiatives that improve ways of working and leadership capability.
