Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a leader to drive strategic partnerships and initiatives from concept to implementation in the Employee Benefits and Payroll Solutions space. You will identify new opportunities and collaborate across Distribution, Operations, Product, IT, Finance and external partners.

You will explore and scale innovative initiatives, test solutions, and drive operational excellence to shape future growth for the business.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree with relevant business experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading projects, strategic initiatives or operational improvement programmes
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, align teams and deliver results through others

• Lead strategic partnerships and initiatives from concept through implementation
