• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, align teams and deliver results through others.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives from concept through to implementation, working across Distribution, Operations, Product, IT, Finance and external partners.
• Identify opportunities, test and scale new initiatives, drive operational excellence and help shape the future growth of the Employee Benefits and Payroll Solutions space.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to unlock new opportunities and execute on identified initiatives.
