Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Partnerships Manager to foster collaborations with corporations, foundations and community groups in Vereeniging. This hybrid role blends strategic relationship work with in-person engagements across Gauteng to expand the organization's reach and impact.

You will identify, cultivate, and manage key partnerships, negotiate agreements, and develop compelling proposals. The position offers growth, development opportunities, and a supportive, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnership development or strategic alliances, preferably in nonprofit sector.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record in identifying and securing mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Passion for the mission of the charity and voluntary sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and secure new strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and community organizations.
• Develop and manage existing partner relationships, ensuring mutual benefit and ongoing engagement.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborate on joint initiatives and campaigns.
• Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and meetings.
• Track partnership progress, measure impact, and provide regular reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership activities.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations to articulate partnership opportunities.
