You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and help shape and optimise business operations, driving efficiency and innovation in a rapidly growing corporate environment.

The role offers exposure to Marketing, Collections & Retentions, Claims, IT/Data Science & System Development, Finance and Client Service, with a focus on implementing change and embedding

Responsibilities

• Operational reporting and performance evaluation.
• Review and audit systems and processes.
• Audit and document findings from reviews.
• Propose optimisations to embed permanent value.
• Implement findings and establish a change management framework.
• Handle ad-hoc requests across operational areas.
• Marketing: Lead acquisition and analysis.
• Marketing: Data review and digital performance management.
• Marketing: Risk cohort segmentation and resource allocation.
• Marketing: Productivity analysis and resource optimisation.
• Marketing: Data base segmentation and evaluation.
• Collections & Retentions: evaluate lost clients.
• Collections & Retentions: review systems and processes to identify retention issues.
• Collections & Retentions: review risk management framework to shape the portfolio.
• Claims: data and correlation modelling for investigations.
• Claims: optimise processes impacting turnaround time and task efficiency.
• Claims: cost allocation and correspondence review to align with processes.
• Claims: audit vehicle assessment and repair processes.
• IT, Data Science & System Development: exposure to resource management.
• Finance: cost center management.
• Finance: budget allocation and spend monitoring.
• Client Service: review communication framework with automated correspondence and drive self-service portals.
• Client Service: ensure interdepartmental alignment for efficient service.
• Client Service: exposure to external regulatory requirements and compliance.
