Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in Market Research or Analytics would be advantageous.
• Experience in market research and commercial intelligence is required or highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on market size, trends, segments and opportunities.
• Analyse customer, competitor and market dynamics to inform strategy.
• Develop market intelligence reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering for insights.
• Identify commercial opportunities and new markets for NSS.
