Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CMA) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Pastel, SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
