Job summary

SET Recruitment Consultants is seeking an IT Manager to define and execute a 3-5 year enterprise IT strategy and align roadmaps with corporate goals. The role oversees governance, cyber security, and end-to-end application lifecycle, including ServiceNow, Google Workspace, and Sage 300 integrations.

The candidate will lead IT operations, cloud infrastructure on Azure, and data governance to ensure a secure, compliant, and high-availability IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a 3-5 year enterprise IT strategy.
• Align IT road map with corporate and commercial objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks aligned to ISO, ITIL, and best practice standards.
• Own the end-to-end life cycle of all enterprise applications.
• Drive automation and digitisation of business processes.
• Define and enforce enterprise cyber security strategy.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.
