Job summary

Rise Recruitment is seeking a strategic IT leader to develop and execute a 3–5-year enterprise IT strategy and align the IT roadmap with business objectives.

The role will govern enterprise architectures, ensure robust integration across ServiceNow, Sage 300 ERP, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Azure, and drive automation, security, and continuity planning. A strong governance mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and executing a 3–5-year IT strategy.
• Ability to align IT roadmap with business objectives.
• Experience establishing IT governance frameworks aligned with ISO, ITIL, and best practices.
• Custodian of enterprise architecture and technology governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise applications lifecycle management.
• Ensure integration between ServiceNow, Sage 300 ERP, Google Workspace, and Azure.
• Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity across integrated systems.
• Design, implement and manage workloads in Microsoft Azure.
• Oversee security, availability, and DR/BC planning.

• Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise applications.
• Ensure seamless integration between:
  • ServiceNow (ITSM & workflow automation)
  • Sage 300 ERP
  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft Azure platforms
• Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
• Design, implement, and manage enterprise workloads within Microsoft Azure.
• Oversee:
  • Virtual machines
  • Application hosting
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • Secure connectivity and cloud services
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Optimise cloud performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

IT Operations & Service Delivery

• Establish and maintain:
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Operational Level Agreements (OLAs)
  • Incident Management
  • Problem Management
  • Change Management through ServiceNow
• Deliver a consistent and reliable end-user experience.
• Oversee collaboration platforms, endpoint management, and user support services.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Develop and implement the organisation's cybersecurity strategy.
