Actively Interviewing for a Cloud Services Manager who understands the complexity that comes with managing large-scale enterprise cloud ecosystems. This is a leadership role for someone who has already operated in a highly regulated, high-availability environment and can confidently manage cloud governance, service providers, operational excellence, and stakeholder expectations at scale.

As the Cloud Services Manager, you will take ownership of the operational governance and oversight of large-scale Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments across multiple business units and tenants. Rather than being hands-on with day-to-day administration, you'll be responsible for ensuring service providers deliver against expectations, cloud services remain secure and compliant, and stakeholders receive the level of service expected from an enterprise-grade cloud function.

This role requires a proven leader who has worked in enterprise environments supporting 10,000+ users, understands complex cloud ecosystems, and is comfortable engaging with executives, vendors, security teams, and operational stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years in enterprise cloud operations, cloud infrastructure, or cloud service management roles
• 3+ years in a management or leadership capacity
• Proven experience managing cloud vendors, MSPs, or operational support teams
• Experience managing enterprise-scale Azure, Microsoft 365, and AWS environments
• Experience within environments supporting 10,000+ users is essential
• Proven experience operating within large, complex enterprise organisations
• Strong understanding of Azure, Microsoft 365, and AWS cloud services
• Enterprise-level knowledge of identity management, governance, compliance, and security
