Placements24 is partnering with a major manufacturing conglomerate in Vereeniging, Gauteng to hire an experienced Internal Communications Manager. The role leads the communication strategy to inform, engage, and align employees with the company’s vision and values.

You will develop and implement comprehensive internal communication plans, manage channels such as newsletters, intranet, town halls, and email communications, and foster open dialogue across the workforce.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing internal comm strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence and engage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a strategic internal communications plan aligned with business objectives.
• Create engaging content for newsletters, intranet, town halls, and emails.
• Manage the company intranet and ensure information is up-to-date and relevant.
• Organize and facilitate company-wide meetings, town halls, and employee events.
• Craft messages from senior leadership with clarity and impact.
• Measure effectiveness of programs and adjust strategies as needed.
• Foster two-way communication by gathering employee feedback.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure consistent messaging.
• Oversee development of visual communication materials.
