Qualifikationen

• PhD or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business Administration (with quantitative focus), or related field.
• 10–15 years progressive experience in industrial engineering, strategic planning, or operations management with focus on long-term strategy.
• Expertise in strategic analysis, advanced modeling, forecasting, and financial justification of major projects.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven leadership of large-scale, cross-functional projects and teams.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with enterprise-level planning software and advanced analytical tools.
• Able to operate effectively in a hybrid work model, with regular Sandton presence.
• Visionary mindset with ability to drive significant organizational change.
• Global operational experience is highly desirable.
