Job summary

Yellosa in Johannesburg seeks an HR Executive to oversee recruitment from posting to onboarding, ensure compliance with labour laws, manage employee relations, and maintain HR records. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a generalist HR role, including payroll and learning & development.
• Familiarity with applicable labour laws and HR frameworks.
• Professional certification in HR, payroll, or OH&S is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective planning and coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset with root-cause analysis focus.
• Ability to work flexible hours and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable with environments where industrial exposure may occur.
