Job summary

Project A Recruitment (S And A Project Management) in Durban seeks a senior leader to oversee local operational control functions, reporting to the Managing Director and to European management. The role acts as the MD’s right hand, providing strategic and operational support across financial control, corporate reporting, legal compliance and commercial management.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent qualification required.
• At least 10 years in senior management.
• Proven project management and multi-function coordination.
• Strong contracts, legal and regulatory knowledge in SA.
• Excellent analytical, financial and reporting skills.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced environments, with teams and international exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate reporting for local and international management.
• Manage legal matters, regulatory compliance and insurance liaison.
• Review and control commercial offers and contracts.
