Qualifications

• Education NQF Level 4 - Grade 12, School leaving Certificate, National or Occupational Certificate or equivalent (Required)

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and handle simple inquiries.
• Assist with CRM data accuracy and follow-up notes.
• Receive visitors and refer complex matters to colleagues.
• Clarify customer needs using a multilevel sales script.
• Develop relationships by calling allocated potential customers.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints as first point of contact.
• Follow procedures to meet quality, regulatory and internal codes.
• Support routine business development tasks and follow established procedures.
• Identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
• Input data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
• Participate in a network of influence inside and outside the company.
