Qualifications

• Registered CA(SA) with strong IFRS expertise.
• 10+ years finance experience with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record leading finance shared services or large-scale finance environments.
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience with ERP and finance technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for finance shared services aligned with long-term goals.
• Lead and optimise daily operations across multiple finance functions.
• Establish and manage SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to IFRS and statutory obligations; maintain strong financial controls.
• Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and audit preparations.
• Drive process automation and efficiency initiatives within service delivery.
• Participate in ERP and finance technology enhancement projects.
• Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships across finance, operations, auditors, suppliers, and leadership.
• Lead, develop, and coach large finance teams with accountability and collaboration.
