Job summary

Mothers2Mothers is seeking a Finance Business Partner to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and detailed analysis for country programmes and donor-funded projects. You will provide strategic insights, build reporting tools and collaborate with-country finance managers and leaders across Global Support Hub.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with donor-funded work and ability to translate financial data into actionable guidance for programme teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, CA(SA) or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis.
• Experience supporting donor-funded programmes and grants.
• Experience with multiple projects, funding streams and stakeholders.
• Experience in multinational NGO or similar environment advantageous.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency.
• Experience preparing management reports and financial forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business partnering support for country programmes, projects and Global Support Hub.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards and tools for planning and performance management.
• Support donor compliance, risk assessment and decision-making across countries and awards.
• Consolidate financial information and perform analyses for organisational reporting and planning.
• Assist with proposal budgets, costing, pricing models and budget feasibility.
