The role leads the budgeting cycle, forecasts, and long-term planning, partnering with commercial, sales, supply chain, and operations to improve margins and efficiency, while developing a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering commercial finance support to senior leadership and decision-makers.
• Translate financial data into business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting cycle, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning aligned to strategy.
• Develop management reporting and executive-level financial commentary.
• Partner with commercial, sales, supply chain, manufacturing and procurement to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Drive cost control, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide governance and internal control adherence across finance activities.
