Job summary

Mothers2Mothers is seeking a Country Partnerships & Technical Assistance Lead to serve as the primary country representative for Technical Assistance activities across multiple countries, driving project implementation, partnerships, and government engagement.

You will strengthen local capacity, support localisation, and ensure high-quality HIV-related programme delivery through strategic oversight and cross-sector collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a related field (Public Health, International Development, Health Systems, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Project Management) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in leading complex programmes with government and partners.
• Strong leadership, coordination and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead country-level coordination across programmes and partnerships.
• Engage with government, CSOs, and community stakeholders.
• Oversee localisation, capacity strengthening and partner development.
• Coordinate technical assistance and ensure quality and learning.
• Represent m2m in external forums and maintain strong stakeholder relations.
