Qualifications

• Financial Management: 4 to 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders in providing financial insights and guidance into operating decisions.
• Monitor and coach behaviours that ensure a service culture and exceptional client service.
• Manage and monitor the applications and effectiveness of the business's financial information systems.
• Coordinate the budget preparation and monitor variances to support management decisions.
• Record and manage costs with drivers for decision-making.
• Plan and reconcile financial transactions and events.
• Maintain supporting documentation per financial reporting standards.
• Prepare and report on operations and financial conditions and deliver management information.
• Maximise productivity through effective planning of people and processes.
• Manage interrelationships between systems and data for project planning and delivery.
• Review and prepare tax returns ensuring compliance with tax legislation.
• Contribute to a development culture with information sharing.
• Plan performance, development, succession, and culture to improve performance.
