• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business/operations/financial management within agriculture.
• Strong understanding of agricultural production cycles and challenges.
• Proficiency in business management software and financial accounting systems.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and strategies for farming operations.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Analyze operational performance metrics and identify efficiency and profitability improvements.
• Manage procurement of farm inputs, equipment, and services.
• Supervise farm operations staff and administrative teams.
• Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and regulatory requirements.
