Job summary

DO MORE Placements in Stellenbosch, South Africa is seeking a Financial Manager - Operations in the Agriculture industry to drive financial performance and support operational decision‑making. You will work closely with leadership and operations teams to translate financial data into clear insights that guide strategy.

You will analyze data, develop KPIs, produce forecasts, and contribute to budgeting, modelling and dashboards.

Qualifications

3 years of relevant financial/operational experience is advantageous.
Experience collaborating with senior leadership and operations.
Ability to develop forecasts and dashboards from data.

Responsibilities

Analyse financial and operational data to provide insights that support strategic decisions.
Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor operational effectiveness.
Produce forecasts using historical and market data for planning and resource allocation.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimisation and automation.
Support budget preparation, financial modelling and variance analysis.
Prepare management reports and dashboards with actionable insights.
Evaluate risks and opportunities within the business environment.
Contribute to the financial assessment of initiatives and investment opportunities, including profitability and cash flow implications.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
