Placements24 seeks a sharp Farm Business Analyst to optimize financial performance across agricultural operations near Randburg, Gauteng. You will collect, interpret, and report financial and operational data to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

Site visits form part of the role. The ideal candidate holds a degree in business/finance-related fields with at least 5 years in financial analysis within agriculture, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Finance, Economics, Agricultural Economics, or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years in financial or business analysis, preferably in agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets for agricultural operations.
• Perform detailed financial analyses including profitability and ROI.
• Prepare regular financial reports and variance analyses for leadership.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning.
