Placements24 is seeking a Senior Strategy Implementation Consultant to drive execution of client strategic initiatives in Rustenburg, North West. You will design roadmaps, manage complex projects, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

The role requires 6+ years in strategy or project delivery, strong business acumen, and excellent stakeholder management. On-site work with travel to client locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• MBA is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, project management, or business implementation roles.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex strategy implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of strategy formulation, business planning, and execution frameworks.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to influence and build rapport with senior executives and team members.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in change management is a significant advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Rustenburg, North West and travel to client locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of strategic initiatives for clients, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Develop detailed implementation roadmaps, action plans, and timelines for strategic projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership and operational teams.
• Drive organizational change by supporting the adoption of new strategies, processes, and structures.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure the success of strategy implementation.
• Provide coaching and guidance to client teams involved in executing strategic initiatives.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify lessons learned for future strategic endeavors.
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities for further client engagement.
• Stay informed about best practices in strategy execution and project management.
