Job summary

Ovations Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 12-month banking sector contract. You will plan, direct, and coordinate enterprise-wide projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities include defining end-to-end plans, governance, and resource allocation. We require 7+ years of experience managing large projects, with strong leadership and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise-wide projects, portfolios, or complex transformation programs.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct enterprise-wide projects across the business.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale initiatives on time and on budget.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; develop contingency plans.
• Allocate internal and external resources efficiently.
• Serve as the primary liaison to executive sponsors and business leaders with transparent status reporting.
