Job summary

Optimal Growth Technologies is seeking a senior Project Manager (IT) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large IT projects within scope, budget, and timelines.

The role requires a seasoned professional with strong technical understanding, governance expertise, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years IT Project Management experience.
• Experience managing enterprise IT projects (software, infrastructure, systems, cloud).
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and IT systems.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes.
• Provide regular project updates, status reports, and dashboards to leadership.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and operations teams.
