Job summary

Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to establish and lead our Enterprise Architecture capability. You will ensure that our business strategy, technology landscape, data ecosystem, security practices, and AI ambitions work together to drive long-term impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (CS, IS, Eng, Tech, BIM, or equivalent).
• TOGAF Certification or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in EA, Solution/Business/Technology leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Establish and mature Harambee's Enterprise Architecture capability with governance, standards, principles, and best practices.
• Develop enterprise roadmaps and future-state architectures aligned with strategy and priorities.
• Translate strategic objectives into business capabilities, operating models, and technology solutions.
