Job summary

Boardroom Appointments seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to design and maintain our architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business goals. You will drive technology strategy, governance, and risk management while mentoring junior teams.

Responsibilities include evaluating new technologies, integrating systems, reducing tech debt, and developing roadmaps for scalable, secure platforms with high availability and DR capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in enterprise architecture, IT infrastructure, or systems architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework and strategy.
• Reduce technical debt to maintain agility for solutions.
• Evaluate technologies and lead integration with legacy systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and align solutions.
• Design scalable, secure systems with high availability and disaster recovery.
• Define and enforce enterprise architecture standards, governance practices.
• Develop short, medium, and long-term technology roadmaps.
• Lead and mentor junior architects and technical teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks and provide strategic recommendations.
• Stay updated on trends and drive continuous improvement.
