Kaelo seeks a highly strategic Executive Assistant to support our CFO & COO in a fast-paced, regulated medical insurance environment. The role acts as gatekeeper, strategic partner, and operations enabler, balancing financial oversight with day-to-day execution.

You will manage dual-hat calendars, prep briefing packs, triage inboxes, coordinate board and investor materials, and safeguard confidential information with discretion and professional poise.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite.
• Experience in medical insurance or healthcare logistics preferred.
• Discretion with confidential board-level financial data and personnel info.
• Ability to manage dual CFO/COO responsibilities in a regulated setting.

Responsibilities

• Architect dual-hat calendars (CFO blocks, COO blocks) to minimize fatigue.
• Prepare briefing packs; ensure data and context are ready for meetings.
• Gatekeeping and inbox triage to route routine items to owners.
• Coordinate board/investor materials and financial forecast support.
