Qualifications

• Strategic student recruitment: develop and implement a distance learning recruitment strategy aligned to enrolment objectives.
• Lead generation and conversion management: oversee funnel from enquiry to registration and optimise leads.
• Digital recruitment and virtual engagement: drive campaigns, webinars, virtual open days and online information sessions.
• Team leadership and performance management: lead, coach and develop a recruitment team with clear KPIs.
• Stakeholder and partnership management: build relations with schools, corporate partners, industry and government.
• Reporting, analytics and administration: maintain recruitment data, CRM accuracy and regular management reports.
• Budget management: manage activities within approved budgets and optimise ROI.
