The role goes beyond social media, encompassing SEO, content creation, campaigns, and marketing collateral to support recruitment delivery and brand building. Remote work from South Africa is supported.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in digital marketing, marketing management or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta and/or Google.
• Strong copywriting, content development and communication skills.
• Experience developing marketing collateral and managing brand consistency.

• Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Plan and manage paid and organic marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta and Google.
• Drive candidate attraction and generate quality applications for active recruitment requirements.
• Develop digital initiatives to attract potential clients and generate qualified business leads.
• Identify new marketing channels and opportunities to improve reach and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates and marketing ROI.
• Own the company's social media strategy, content direction and campaign planning.
• Grow LinkedIn presence for candidate attraction and client engagement.
• Oversee website content updates and SEO initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital communications and collateral.
• Lead a Social Media Coordinator and provide guidance.
