You will model capacity by skill and time, run scenarios, and drive reviews with delivery leads and senior stakeholders. Strong analytics and Power BI/Excel skills are essential in a fast-paced PMO environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in resource management or delivery demand management across multiple initiatives.
• Ability to model capacity by skill, team and time period with realistic availability.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability, including scenario planning.

Responsibilities

• Establish a consistent demand intake process with scope, value, urgency and resource needs.
• Maintain consolidated resource plan across initiatives and BAU commitments.
• Assess skills, allocation, leave, onboarding lead times and productive capacity.
• Produce scenarios showing effects of reprioritisation or changes in scope.
• Facilitate demand and capacity reviews with clear decisions and accountable owners.
• Track planned vs actual allocations and update forecasts as delivery changes.
• Improve data quality and reporting with PMO, finance, HR and vendors.
