Job summary

Ubuntu Resource Management Roodepoort seeks a Debt Collection Client Services Consultant to act as a strategic advisor, delivering practical recommendations and management support on portfolio growth and risk management. The role focuses on strengthening commercial processes, client acquisition and retention, and performance monitoring across client portfolios.

You will review existing contracts, assist with tenders, and help develop value propositions while aligning with regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic client advisory for sustainability and growth.
• Support development and review of business strategies with senior leadership.
• Review contracts from commercial and risk perspectives and assist with tenders.
• Develop service offerings, value propositions, and client-management strategies.
• Review and improve compliance practices and regulatory reporting.
• Identify bottlenecks in collections processes and propose operational improvements.
• Prepare monthly business performance reports and action plans.
