Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team in George, Western Cape. You will steward a portfolio of clients, drive adoption, conduct regular business reviews, and act as the voice of the customer to product, sales, and marketing.

Your focus will be on retention, maximizing value, and identifying expansion opportunities. You will onboard new clients, monitor health metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client objectives.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related client-facing role.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and drive adoption and retention.
Experience with CRM platforms and turning data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients.
Drive customer adoption and engagement with products and services.
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure goals are met and value is delivered.
Identify risks to retention and plan mitigation strategies.
Act as the voice of the customer to product, sales, and marketing teams.
Onboard new clients ensuring a smooth transition.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
Monitor client health scores and key performance indicators.
Resolve client issues and escalations efficiently and effectively.
